I was wondering if anybody has plasti-dipped their fake chrome rear bumper caps. How hard were the caps to remove, and how does it look after?

    Truck stuff
I have. I taped off around it and dipped them on the truck. It looks way better than chrome IMO but I will either paint them next time or replace with the base black ones. Heres a pic, its a little dirty and has been on for over 6 months when I took this.

I've removed my rear bumper caps, it's just a whole lot of push clips that you have to remove. 3 on the bottom, and 2 on the vertical edge between the bumper and body. After that just a few aligator clips that you have to push out and they come off! Not easy though it took a lot of swearing and two pairs of hands to get them off.

Towing one of the toys! These Duratracs have really impressed me on how quiet they are for such an aggressive tire. I would recommend these for anyone who will be driving in snow/ off-roading somewhat often

Nice! What size are your duratracs and are they C or E load range?

You're actually the first person I've seen that considered duratracs quiet. I think they are noisier than my MTs.

Anyway, badass to see that clean Taco towing that toy.

You can build any height lift you want to be reliable. Just depends on how deep your pockets are ;)

Depending on how hard core you're trying to go, DB lifts get a way worse rep on here than they deserve. There's plenty of guys taking terrain with them - look at the guys out of Hawaii or the Southeast. You can always upgrade components, hardware, or piece together something just using the base components. Driver skill is far more important than having kings and icons.

    That's my 2 pennies anyway. #PreRunnerLife

You can definitely hear them, however compared to some jeeps I've rode in with MTs they are much quieter IMO. Overall very happy with them so far!
