Kansas is actually where I'll take it most, now. Not a state thing - Federal. You can't take SBRs across state lines without filling out a form and getting it approved by the ATF. So, an AR pistol with my SBR upper(s) is my travel gun when I head to KS to visit in-laws.

Just fill out a form 20 that is dated for 1 year. Easy enough.

No thanks. I'm not filling out a form for every place I go interstate every year and waiting for approval.

put one kansas address on it(your inlaws) and be done with it. Even if you go to multiple locations in Kansas, nobody would ever question that you werent going back to your inlaws every night for "storage" or whatever the form 20 asks. Shit most cops wouldnt understand or care anyway.

I mail off a few every Jan 1, takes 2 weeks for them to come back.

I prefer to slap the upper on a lower with a shockwave brace on it and travel freely. There are other benefits for me as well, including being able to throw my 300 BLK upper on it and hunt pistol season for deer. Lots of specific instances where an AR pistol makes sense, so I have one now.

Speak for yourself man....45 years and I have managed to stay clear of the trap, not so much the actual beaver, but at least the trap part.

Ordered about a month ago, but recieved in the last 48 hrs so it counts. This thing is very, very high quality. Tons of custom options too. Went with the III% logo on a light gray holster with a subdued or "ghost" American flag in the background. Super happy with how it turned out. A bit pricey, but worth it. Was having trouble finding a good OWB holster for my Glock 30s, since it a little bulky for IWB carry. Kinda rolled the dice, but they have a lifetime guarantee and very good reviews.image.jpg

It's more than an "idea". It's a representation of our constitution rights and freedom. I would hope if your reppin' the nyberg you have a grasp on its symbolism and history.

I view the movement in general as a symbol of how weary people have grown of our government. That's all it is to me.

The American flag will always be the symbol of this great country. But without the small minority that stood for what is right, the Stars and Stripes might not even exist.(in conjunction with many other events that took place). IMO they go hand in hand.
Exactly. Everything is cyclical...The same events can be applied to our modern society. albeit with a little less muskets and a little more AR's. :D

oh, and happy INDIPENDANCE DAY!!:oldglory:(my birthday:cheers:)

I'm a fan of both. Read up on it, just hit home with me for a couple of different reasons. Believe me, not trying to "change the fabric" of anything, just enjoy reading American history. "Ol' Glory" still has its place with me. There were some very honorable, intensely patriotic unknown people who fought for the things I believe in and I feel it's my way, if only a symbol on something, of remembering and honoring them. Just my two cents, not trying to stir up ANYTHING political. By the way, nice ink, looking at something similar as a half sleeve.

Yup! We all stem from the same chain of events in history. We can all draw our own conclusions.

Very nice! Glad to see she'll be working. Not very many people are aware of that.
