So after a few tire rebalance, ECGS bushing install, checking of u joints and carrier bearing, I finally found the cause of my noise/vibe at 70-74mph....
    Right Rear wheel bearing...
Toyota fixed it under warranty, no questions asked.

Do you think the wheel spacers may have caused the issue?

I have this sound very often... coming from my back seat
No wheel bearings needed, just a juice pack and some kids snacks.

How were you able to determine the sourse?
How many miles do you have on your truck?

I think I'm getting the same noise but my tires are getting worn out... I have 50k miles on my truck.

I first heard the noise before the lift/ wheel spacers were installed. It just took me awhile to track down the source.

Did you happen to get video/audio of the noise?

the noise first started around 33k, I now have 45k. When I first brought it to Toyota they told me to get new tires then come back.... I got new tires around 43k and still had the noise..... so
research and trial and error, but ultimately putting it up on a lift, turning the traction control all the way off and running at speed. It was pretty easy to pin point the noise without a stethoscope

My phone was able to pick it up a little but unfortunately I no longer have that video.

I told them how I was able to pin point the noise, and they were easily able to put on their lift and duplicate.
