    hi everyone!! i lift. i've been doing crossfit for 4 years but recently started power lifting. i don't really have any strict diet regiments. i like tacos and meat haha. my first competition is in august.
    i'm 125lbs, just squatted 253lbs, deadlift 255 and bench 120. one more month of training!
