So I have a 2004 dc prerunner that is still sitting on stock everything. I plan on putting an ARB bumper on it and have seen talk about sagging allover and I figured I might as well upgrade the suspension for the extra weight. My father recently put on a rough country kit on his 08 and I really don't like the idea of that route and would rather have something with a longer lifetime. He keeps pushing me to get a RC or "Rancho" kit and I need some solid alternative options on about a $1000 budget.

So far I've seen people say to get 5100s with eibach coils or nitros with ome coils. With the bumper in mind, what would be the best route to take? I don't really want too much lift so I was looking at just 5100s, but that would leave me with stock coils and possible bumper sag from what I've read.

I would go with Bilstein 5100 with a set of OME 881 especially if you are adding an ARB bumper.

No winch or bumper, go with the 880.

This will definitely keep you under your budget.

Marie at @HeadStrong Off-Road can take care of this.

If you want some King Coilovers, I can take care of you!

Thanks I'll ask over there. As a college student Kings would be a bit irresponsible right now but someday.... maybe along with a 4x4 conversion:cool:
