Finally decided on my next can, going for the griffin optimus, I know it's jack of all trades, master of none, but I think it will be great on my 9mm AR SBR with a 4.75" barrel, 10.5" 556 upper, 16" 556, 20" 308, 16" 6.8, and 9mm glock (when I get it milled and assembled).

I got the call today that one of my Form 4's came in. Woo hoo. Almost a full year in a week and a half.

This quote is from a member of the gun forum I'm on for my former state, interesting to hear talk like this.

I was thinking the same thing however I'm betting there will be a bunch of privates sales now (where legal). I know people that are ready to change silencers like they change guns.

I agree, my cousin and I were talking over this and my opinion is that there will be at least a 6 month shortage of suppressors, and all of these manufacturers rebates we're seeing are going to disappear and possibly the prices of suppressors will temporarily inflate while stock is low and new companies are still in R&D phase before manufacturing.
I'm either going to pay for an optimus by september or do the lay-a-way option ($160 extra cost) and start the paperwork now.

Gotta get some papers notarized (update some info on the trust) and then I'll be submitting my form 4 for a Griffin optimus, super excited to get it done.

Started the process tonight, went ahead and ordered the fingerprint kits from silencershop to be sent to the two people on the trust that have to drive the furthest to use the kiosk system.
Texted two of my buddies to have them talk me out of it and neither one of them were helpful with that, they both said go for it

Just bought a Sandman-K from Silencer Shop since its on sale for $569 and is the size of a dollar. Supported up to 300 Win Mag with no Barrel restrictions. Its gonna be epic on my SBR build

Yea they told me that won't be getting another shipment until the end of the month, two weeks if I'm lucky. But I did check and all my paperwork is in for them so now they just submit the paperwork to the ATF. I've never bought a silencer from them so I don't know the whole process.

Thought the Sandman K jumped in price to $649 but Silencer Shop just has the site all weird. If you wait a minute the price changes and all the dealers sell it for $569 still

That sandman K is really, really tempting....
Signed the documents a few minutes ago to submit the form 4 for the Optimus.
    Let the waiting begin.

I was thinking of doing an Optimus next once I get some money saved up and get some momentum on the Sandman K. The fact I have Capital Armory an hour from me makes the layaway program super sweet
