This is 6 bolt lights from Amazon (hot systems brand 10w) that I installed in my bed rack. They put out some legit lumens for the size.

Great show. It was cool to meet up for a few beers with @orezona and some friends. Wish we had more time for more beers. IMG_20170628_225541455.jpg

it's bright as shit. had the LED bolts prior, but one stopped working and the other would flicker...just wired it right up to the existing factory wires, no resistor needed.

    How is this for procrastination:
In 2015 there was a group buy here at TW for Redline hood struts for our second gen Tacomas. I got in on the GB and took delivery back when. Well YESTERDAY I finally installed the struts. The gas charged struts work great! The project was slowed down because I had mounted a plate on the fender for a Blue Seas fuse block that I use to run power for on-board air compressor, ARB locker solenoids and some lights. After a bit of modification all is well again and I can toss that damned hood prop rod.

On Tuesday they dumped 88,000 gallons of retardant just from choppers alone! That's what saved Mayer and Poland. They truck that stuff in and set up mobile dip stations for quicker response. With the amount of air support up here I'm not surprised we ran out.

Sycamore was very quiet last night. Went crazy with the Landcruiser. It handled most everything just fine.

We stopped to offer help to a guy who fell off his quad and broke the fuck out of his right arm. He had help coming.
