Hey folks. I thought I saw a thread about waterproofing the bedside storage in gen 3 Tacomas but can't find it.

Anyway, I noticed the gear I kept in the bedside storage was getting wet and staying damp - apparently water gets in, but being in a dark place apparently without much wind, the water isn't going out so fast. Some rope I kept in there was changing color as if mold were growing on it, so I stopped using those containers.

How do y'all deal with the bedside storage taking in water? What do you store in those containers? Anyone found a way to waterproof them? Wanted to check in here before I try taking them out and seeing what I could do to improve that.
