Lift and Tire Advice

I have a white DSCB OR... I'm looking to do a small lift (2-3"). I don't really do any off roading, and I'd rather the truck not be too loud on the highway. I want the tires to fill out the truck and give a more "aggressive look". Any recommendations on tires, tire sizes, and lifts? Someone is selling some Icon Coilovers (58635) locally for a decent price. If I went that route, what else would I need? Thanks for your help
