King Off-Road Shocks 2.5 with Resi's for the rears, Rear Spring TSB, KMC XD Enduros 16x8, Black Vinyl Fenders, Bed compartment locks, Cobra 19 DX IV with Lil Wil mag mount antenna, CoverKing Seat covers front and rear, Built Right UCAs, Aluminess Expedition Bumper, GY Wrangler MT/R with Kevlar 265/75-16, Custom hybrid style rock sliders.
    I am from SD.

I will be at the Fiesta Island meet up.

Built Right is solid and I would trust them like someone would TC and others. I have taken it off road plenty of times without any problems. Everyone else that has bought these on here have no problems with them.

I lift got functionally not looks and where I am at right now the ride is nice and I get the down travel with the UCAs.

Old thread but I would think letting the resi's hang free while making adjustments would make it easier.

    bumping a really old thread.

I am rebuilding my Kings here in the near future. I saw in an earlier post that the shocks need to be pressurized to 150 and the OP upped his to 175 to firm it up. What is the max pressure That can be charged into the CO? Id also be interested in some pics of your Kings installed and the amount of lift acheived. I need to adjust mine to compensate for my heavy ass Shrockworks front bumper. I was interested in seeing the amount of threads showing for a visual.

So king was able to adjust the psi for you while the coilovers were on your truck? I know this is an old thread but need to do something similar and really dont want to take them off and send them in

yes, you can adjust the PSI while the shock is on the truck. I just had my rear Fox shocks done. Its done at the resi. They discharge them and then fill. Took 5 min.

Oh ok not even thinking king doesn't sell co's without reservoir. Mine are actually fox and non resi so guessing they would have to be removed

If King was able to adjust the psi, how does that benefit you if you have Fox?

I would contact Fox directly for your setup.

i may need to send them into the factory to get the psi (or whatever the issue) corrected. this is my daily driver so that may not be an option right now. If it were possible to correct while on the truck then that would be best case scenario. I did not take the reservoir into consideration. That is how it might've or could've helped me out

Contact Fox and see if they have an authorized dealer around you or even a King dealer. Most of the times these shops can rebuild shocks and you can talk to them directly.

King coilovers frt +3". Bilstein 5100 shocks rear w/AAL, K&N FIPK, Magnablow exhaust, Billet grill, clear corner lights, Sony stereo, JBL, Sub etc.
I called King Shocks the other day, cool people. Anyway I asked what psi the Nitrogen should be set at? They said they are shipped from King with 200psi, FWIW.
