The aal is the same as the 3rd leaf (from the top). You'll know which one it is because it's the same size and shape.

You may indeed sit a bit ass high which you may or may not want/like. Check out Crom, inv3ctiv3 and Subway4X4 (among many others) pics to see what the truck looks like with the Dakars plus aal.

    CS047R - old Dakar pack
EL095R/EL096R- OME new design for the Dakar pack (new pack information)

Looks like you have the old pack so the D29xl is the aal you need (if you can still get them)

Carid.com has the best price for the d29xl, 30$ for a pair. Shipping is high but the total is still less than Amazon, beware the amazon listing as well as it is for a single leaf:confused: because of this the reviews are comical

    Carid.com, 30$/pair

    Amazon, 34$ per leaf

Should post a picture of 1 leaf is youre only going to sell them as 1 piece and not a set... who the heck buys 1 AAL and not the other?

Giving it a 2 cause 2.5 is not an option. Kinda like, getting half of what you think you are getting. Not sure why anyone would want to lift one side of a pickup.

Whats the difference between the new and old packs? I don't want to put old packs in if they have issues...

I had isolators installed for <100$ at a place that specializes in leafs, springworks in santa rosa. Others have had less luck with finding a place to drill and install for a similar price however.

Your call.....I was lucky and got, what I'll call version 1.5, that are the old style leafs, with isolators for all the leafs and no front rubber OEM style bushing. From what I've seen of the new (2.0) style leafs, they don't look as good (like a DIY'er) built them and the paint/coating looks cheaper. I'm glad I got the set I have but I would have been happy still if I got the 1.0 squeakers over the 2.0 packs.

FYI- I found a local spring shop that drilled the d29xl aal springs and put in isolators. Extra cost but I was putting them in the pack and didn't want them to be the sqweak link. LOL get it? ;)

Use the 1.0 pack you're getting for free, buy the aal and have them all drilled (by you or a shop) for isolators. Or don't have them drilled and put up with the squeaking.

Everybody has their favorite. I find a lot of places aren't super good with the customer service part of things.
