    Yes it is and it came with the truck when bought it. I like it but I'm afraid I'm going to bend it if I pull too far forward in a parking space.

    If you're talking about the Fog lights I got them from Lab Rack, they make LED Pod replacements for ARB bumpers and currently in Waco Texas!
