I will not have the truck in 10 years so nothing to worry about. In the mean time the truck will look nice and clean

I hose mine down once a week, wax every few weeks, and fiddle with things almost every day.

If that is your plan then I guess that's fine. Some people do plan to keep their trucks that long so planning for the long run is important.

The first couple of years I washed it yearly. Now that it's 5 years old, I think it's been at least 2 years since I've washed it.

I have taken it to the carwash to get the chunks out of the wheelwells a few times.

As long as I can see out the window I just don't care.

The same shit everyone else has.
How often do I wash my truck? Depend on what your definition of "wash" is??

Ill stop at the pay and spray bi weekly and hose of the truck including the under carriage. Ill also stop after going off road.

I rarely hose/bucket/sponge wash it at home. The only time I do this is when I plan on re-waxing the truck. This happens about once a month. Ill do the exterior, Ill scrub the wheel wells, Ill Bleche White the tires, Ill hose off the engine bay, and Ill scrub the Supertop. Its usually a half day process.

My truck gets a paint correction twice a year and the paint then gets sealed with Optiseal. It makes keeping the truck clean super easy.

Putting a paste wax over the Optiseal once a month keeps up with the UV coating in the Optiseal and smooths everything back out.

After the truck gets sprayed off at the pay n spray, Ill hit it with with a quick detailer when I get home, this brings the shine right back and removes all the water spots. Im a huge fan of Griot's Speed Shine. I use it on the whole exterior - paint, chrome, plastic, glass, wheels. About the only thing it doesnt work on is rubber or fabric.

I also will do a quick detailer on it 1-2 time a week in between stopping at the pay n spray as long as it not too dirty. This pulls the bugs and dust off the paint and makes it look like I spent an hour detailing it.

If its too dirty for just a quick detailer, Ill use Opti No Rinse on it. Mix it up in a spray bottle and soak every panel then wipe it down with a microfiber. The No Rinse will add shine to the paint, but not as much as the Speed Shine.

To keep the ceramic coating protection you'll need to wash once a month at least, most installers will recommend bi monthly.

I hand wash once a week if the weather permits. If we are expecting rain, I will wait till the rain is through. I hate to wash my truck and then get rain, leaving a ton of water spots. Takes me about an hour or so. I wax about every two months. Also every few months, I go to a self serve car wash and pressure wash the undercarriage and wheel wells, then hand wash the rest of the body at home.

Once or twice a year. This usually occurs after I've been in the alkaline deserts. I see no need to wash it beyond functional reasons.

I'm from CA so have grown fond of waterless wash systems. If done correctly it safely lifts/wipes dirt away and leaves a coat of quickwax.
I do this maybe 4 times a month in lieu of car washes.

Proofs in the paint below

I go to the local hand wash about once a month... It's a hand wash that they do, after which I bring her home, wipe any dust that may have accumilated on the ride home; then wax. After the wax I wipe it down once a week, keep the windows clean and tires dressed... Looks like it just got out of the wash.
