It's something I talked over with the wife quite a bit. I've been using the Reliance portable toilets with the bags. The bags aren't as bad as they sound. Once they are all rolled up and sealed right, theres no leaking or problems throwing them into the trash bag. The only things is we use it for #2 and the rest is in nature.

We looked into the 5gal portable RV style toilets, but while you can do both in it, they need to be dumped later into a regular toilet. That's where things get stinky. They also need help "flushing" depending on where the dooty lands, AKA you have to wipe the bowl sometimes.

So the bags aren't too bad.

Stuff and things that make it better.
I picked up one if these for a rafting trip a few years ago (required on most rivers now) and use it quite a bit on long camping trips. Everything fits into 2 20mm ammo boxes and is easy to clean up at any rv park. Just make sure to get some spray and powder for the stench.

@Casper66 how far are you from Lynchburg? I'll be up there around aug. 24, to help my son move back in to liberty. If I have time and you don't mind, I'll like to check out your trailer setup.

I'm only about 2 hours away from Lynchburg. Sure we can meet up at the very least meet in the middle in Charlottesville. Hopefully we'll have a couple of trips with it under our belts by then and can give you even more feedback. Always nice to meet other TW'ers

I see. I didn't take having it in the rapids into account, just in the vehicle for land trips.

Pool cleaning is not a direction to go for you. Alot of shoulder movement involved.

do you work for company or is it your own?
