Man I would antagonize that service manager until he learned what a TRD Pro is. Id want an apology. Funny how they "know enough" that they're "rare" and won't come a cent off sticker but don't know a f*cking thing about why...

I'd rather not think of all the $ spent :(
I have kind of wondered if that's some of my issue. No one there knew what the Pro was when I went in to "order" it. We agreed on a price and all was well. When it came in they tried to go up. I produced the original agreement and held them to it. They never even saw the truck, I took it after it rolled off the truck and they peeled off the stickers. Based off some comments here about the prices, I got a good deal.

I'm glad to hear that. Truth is, if I'm the GM of that place, id be embarrassed of the lack of knowledge they're showing about any product they sell, not just the pro.

I'm glad corporate stepped up for you. They seem to value the money you spent to have a pro.

Yesterday I got the call that the fog light was in. I went in this morning and got treated completely different than last time. They swapped out the light and I was out the door.

Good for you. I'm the opposite. I get kicked in the junk by customers all the time over scheduling and timeframes. So when I get to be the customer I'm ready for battle... like it's my turn to make some demands. I'm obviously doing it wrong. Nothing goes my way. And I get all red lights whenever I drive...
