Posting as an FYI for anyone with the same problem: While removing my cover, I broke the middle support (front-middle of bed) - part number 64933C. Was able to buy from local dealer - arrived the next day. Price was under $5 so I bought an extra as backup.

I used the diagram from @XrunnerCO's post at the dealer when the parts guy couldn't find it! He actually gaves props to TW! Usually seems like stealerships despise TW references.

I work in the Parts Dept for a Hyundai dealership and I know people at Toyota so i wont have an issue there lol, thanks for the info and I think I will definitely get the precut bed rail caps so I can swap them out if I decide to remove the cover. Thanks for the info

I think KB Voodoo makes pre-cut rail caps that I would prefer over the OEM plastic rails due to durability and leak resistance. I haven't pulled the trigger yet as I'm considering buying a topper and if so, I'll buy the uncut rails from KB instead.

I got lucky and found the OEM tonneau cover for $350 with all hardware included on craigslist. I'm going to get a set of precut rails today so I have a set of uncut if I ever want to remove the cover down the road. Going to install tonight.

I was able to install the oem cover without any issues other then the gap you mentioned on each side close to the cab. Did you end up using part #'s 62541-04010 and 62542-04010 to fill the gap? Dont really want to spend $59 but also dont want water coming in that easily so I am curious as to what you or anyone else did.

I was able to get the free pair of foam seals from Fanman29
I still have water leaking in with heavy rains in FL. I spoke to an installer at Topper King and he said they fill the gap with black window caulking.

I'm happy overall with how it came out. May try some 3M foam to see if that will work

The tonneau cover is very easy to remove. You would have to remove a bolt from the upper right side. If you remove the cover just beware of the latch post doesn't scratch your bike.

Anyone know if the center pin- (64933-04010) is needed to support the cover? Found it broken off in the bed after a weekend on the trails :( . it doesn't seem all that strong to support much weight to it. I wonder if it just use to center the cover during installation. The part seems pretty cheap though, might have one order at the local dealers instead of paying for $9 shipping cost for a $4 part.

They don't stick out to far. I just wouldn't want to scratch the bike fairings. Only saying because I had helped a friend move a desk and the latch post put a gouge into the wood.

I think your correct about the center piece just helps to center the cover on the bed.
Post #42 @ctagz picked up piece from dealer for under $5

Anyone have a part number for the little plastic bits that go on the end between the folds? Manage to snap both sides!
