Man the Tundra 4door crew cab or whatever its called was huge compared to my tacoma. In the back seat I could fully stretch out in that thing and it was super comfortable.

 

Sport is coming for 2018

Crewmax..........and hell yea. It's what I think I would ideally buy but I think I'll have to hold off for a few years minimum. Especially since they get shit fuel economy.

 

yeah I don't like chrome on these trucks at all as well.

The Sport does look fairly interesting. See what happens with the whole fuel economy if they make improvements.
I have a feeling a Crewmax Tundra will be in the future as it looks like since getting married the little family is growing by 4 paws and 2 feet haha

I don't want a CrewMax. I don't have kids and don't want any, so that kind of cab space is unnecessary. Plus, I'd rather have a foot longer bed.

The double cab Tundra interior is what's similar to my Tacoma's interior room. That's plenty!

I do like my buddys Tundra with the double cab. Its basically the same leg room just more width as a Tacoma. So really the people back there wont be so shoulder to shoulder. I like the bigger cab just so I can store more things inside the cab for full weather and theft protection.

 

4 paws and 4 feet here. The new car seats take up a LOT of room. I'm glad I have the crew cab truck. With the 2 car seats in my wife's car, the passenger seat needs to be slid forward quite a bit to clear the seats.

Just get a Previa its essentially a tacoma and they get close to 30 mpg. 1st gen 2wds arr cheap and decent with studded snow tires. The mk4 TDI 1.9 sips fuel, heavy, good in snow with tires and can be had for less than 6k with 5spd.
