Buying a 2012 tacoma 2.7 4wd Base and of course am instantly ready to upgrade it. Going for the 6.7 sr5 alloy wheels to replace the cheap punched out steel and adding BFG RAT Ko2,..stock size.... now im toying with the idea of a slight lift. .5 or 1". Mostly I just want to upgrade the stock suspension.

SO, do you guys know of a good source to purchase the kit online? Id be doing occasional logging roads,...dirt roads,..rough snowy and icy winters,..fields. Northeast stuff. So it should be good for around town and soak up the rougher stuff,...add confidence when thigns get a bit nasty. I like FOX racing,.....

    any help would be appreciated

Right on...... Will do. Thanks guys. 1 Prob is that there are no specialty off road places by e. Do you think the local Toyota dealer would be able to handle the install?

I'd look into either Old Man Emu and/or Bilstein coils/shocks. I recommend @HeadStrong Off-Road for all your needs. Great customer service, free shipping, and no tax ;)

Check for someone in your local region. I'm sure someone would be willing to help with the install for some cold brew and some chow

Yeah, definitely do not take it to the stealership. Set up a Mod day with individuals in your area (where btw?). I'm doing the same. The advantage is you get to learn more about your truck by working on it yourself (with help)
