I think it would all be in how you set it up. If they shop is your primary dwelling and it happenes to be made just like a metal building there isn't much they can say as long as it meets code and appraises for what your borrowing. You can plant a crop or get some cattle and quality for some government backed small farm loans as well. There are loopholes everywhere.

I'm gonna look into what I can do.

I'd like to have a payment less than my current rent. And other things, but I'm not putting that list here lol

I would buy an RV and travel everywhere, towing my truck for leisure, and live in it.. If I could afford a nice RV.

RVs are outrageous. I work with a guy that's in the process of retiring and selling his house to buy a motorhome. I had no idea how expensive a big diesel pusher was. Over 200k.

Driving around in a 40' long house on wheels in traffic does NOT turn me on.

    Drive the Tacoma.
    Stay in nice motels
Let someone else do the cleaning
    Avoid stress.

Where I like going doesn't always have hotels close. I don't really like people the older I get. so being out, alone, sounds more appealing

I have a 14X50 Singlewide with a built-on addition with front and rear decks on 8 acres of land in Wayne County on the Little South Fork of the Cumberland River. I'm glad the house and land are paid for, and my property taxes only run about $275 a year here. Yeah, I'm in the woods with no close neighbors, but it IS peaceful most of the time...

I'd be all about this camper. I have a serious obsession with the AEV HD Rams anyway. Add a house on the back and I need a cold shower.Screenshot_20170722-070532.jpg

I'm not a big fan of camping in a camper or camping at a campground. Where I'm located, I can have the campfire experience whenever I want and can get to numerous trails within driving distance.

I try to make my home feel like I'm on vacation. Aside from all the work and upkeep, it feels that way. I might have to move though because the Jehovah's Witnesses found me the other day.

The key is to be crazier than they are. Insist on inviting them in so you can explain how oil is actually just water with maple syrup in it and it's all a ploy by the Canadians to take over the middle East because it's warmer. Make sure you back up all your evidence by reading about 15 chapters from a chemistry book you bought at the flea market.

Invite them to have sex with farm animals.

They leave the neighborhood, not just your porch.

Had a cable tv sales guy show up at the garage door one day while I was changing oil.
He just would NOT take "go fuck yourself" for an answer, so, I asked him how deep he thought I should bury a body so the neighbors dog would quit digging it up.

    Never saw him again.

    Whatever works.
