I would agree, but some of the price is coming from the engine/tranny swap. It is worth the money from that aspect. Body may have 260 but the other two components only have 130k. As long as the bitch drives I'll be happy lol

This ^ it may look great on the exterior and be ready to fall apart underneath

Its been here the entirety of its life. We are nowhere near salt lol

Edit: we are near the ocean but no road salt. Just a lot of sand.

Don't underestimate it. I've seen horrible rust in California as well as Arizona. Never underestimate rust especially with a vehicle this old. It would suck to buy this in ignorance and have it become a regret rather than spending the 2 minutes banging the frame with a hammer.

I had a 91 and 93 in this same body style and both were great trucks.

can't be sure (besides the hood scoop add), but that hood looks to be repainted. was the front end wrecked and replaced?

I did ask him about it because I noticed the lines on the left side of the truck, specifically on the bumper, were off and he said it has never been in an accident. I'm sure it could be a mixture of warping from heat, or a small off-road collision with a pile of sand or something. None the less I believe the color differentiation is due to the sun in the pictures. Once I see the truck in person tomorrow I'll make sure to update you guys

Loved my 91, the 3.0 was the weak point, so that is taken care of, just remember it is a torsion Bar suspension so the lifts available are few and far between.
but it is still one of my favorites...

honestly, for 90% of the stuff I want to look at, the stock lift is more than enough. I don't want to beat it at all. Just want a reliable work truck for everything house related, and a motorcycle hauler.

Because the first pic has no hood scoop has been taken in different neighborhood see homes in background ...homes are lowered elevation compared to the normal elevation for the rest. The paint on first is perfect looking compared to other pics with paint fade dings and oxydation not to mention the " hood scoop" missing ?
They were not taken at same time .
    I know it's a friend but I'd be careful .

The frame is rust free! I just saw it today. It even has 4.88s in it! Goodbye gas mileage, hello towing power!

The hoodscoop was put in after the engine was swapped because the hood needed to be cut for more room. So it is technically functiona. The paint is scratched up from off-roading but the truck itself drove solidly! I'm ready to fork over some cash

It looks really good in person. The pace setter exhaust sounds great in person too!

I love driving a manual too, but the auto will be so much easier to trail ride with. I'm stoked for it
