I said almost 100% that's the one size you possibly don't. Even still you might have to. @lesterb315 didnt have rubbing issues when he had 285s on before where as others do. It varies. Safer just to get it done.

I had very minimal cab mount running when I put on 33s. The worst spot was the pinch weld for me. Like I said, it varies by truck and what you're running

Of course, most are on here for tips and knowledge. Just saying, when I first bought the truck I had no idea where it would end up. So I bought a chill Icon stage 2 setup. Then after going out on TW trips, I realized my truck is 2wd and I just want to mash it.

So, now I'm on the slippery slope of LT'ing my daily. Rears done, just waiting to do the front. Hence the ridiculous.

I'd prefer to buy once, cry once. But I seem to be buying once, crying, then selling and buying twice and crying.

It's been a rad trip tho

Yup, no issues here when I went up to 285's. Been meaning to do the pinch weld since that's where I rub when off roading though. Other than that, no curb is safe from me

It's definitely one big deep rabbit hole, but god damn do I love my truck. I'm sure I'm not alone on this one, but I love getting in and driving my truck until this day.

The taco was my DD and work truck for a good while, and although it really sucked filling up twice a week, I still loved it haha but fortunately I'm using a smaller car for work now so the truck gets to rest for now lol

How are the SPC arms though? Haven't seem many reviews on them but they look good at a fair price too.

Is there multiple models of King coilovers and shock for the 2nd gens or is there one model?

    SPCs are just fine.

The king 2.5 is the "go to" for mid travel. It's what I run. They have the 3.0 now and are expensive af. I'm pretty sure the 3.0s are MT still.
