Which part number did you use? Got any pictures on how you mounted it?

So to eliminate drive line vibrations. What should I do? My current measurements are in the pic below. I removed the CB drop and have 3* axle shims in stalled. Removing the CB drop did improve the vibration a little, but not completely. [IMG]

That Trans angle is just so shitty. You could go the TSB trans mount route and reduce it some.

Don't judge me. I haven't painted the bare metal yet.

Based on the picture, looks about right. I would look closer at your U- joints and center bearing for possible replacement. Those numbers are not bad at all.

I'll have to search for the P/N, but it's a lower profile trans mount that helps reduce that first angle.

Hey guys, been reading thru this thread more after getting my rear thrust angle figured out post OME dakar lift. I have no horrible vibrations to speak of at this point, but axle wrap and "weird" vibes at 60ish mpg that weren't there before the lift. I've done the ECGS install.

I'm thinking try to drop the CSB a bit, install 3 degree shims and go from there? I have a 6 degree working angle presently.

I tried then OME carrier bearing shims and the vibs got worse for me. I only have a 1” lift front and back. Vibs didn’t start until 1” rear was put in.

Measure the angles on a flat and leveled place, calculate the angle in the back and order shims.

Can shims go in with the 1” block? Also is the the only way?
