Does anyone recommend a dog ramp that's pretty compact that can go up the bed and can hold up to 120lb. Dog. Also priced around $100 range.

AMP Powerstep, UC Flex, bed lights, Opt7 Tailgate bar, black tailgate lettering Pending: re-configure tail light,s custom storage pocket bags, pinch weld painting, blackout badges, ......
For the price range, and desired specifications, I would suggest DIY something. A custom build almost always suits one's desire more effectively than "off the shelf" solutions, assuming of course that your building skills cna produce quality you will be happy with.

You may be able to use aluminum framing covered with carpeted ply. Possibly a plasitc hurricane type board depending on proce and availabilty in your area.

I've got a couple of these,

    https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0016HPTFW/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Looks like it's gone up a bit in price, I paid $117

At first I thought it was trash, couple rivets came apart and seemed like it wouldn't last I kept using it waiting for the thing to fall apart, with the second as a back up or for another truck, But it never broke. I'm still using the first one everyday since 2013.

My dog weighs 180lbs and I destroy everything I own

I have a set up with a tie down so it sits vertical on the side on the bed and simple and easily pulled in and out
