Does anyone know what the exact size of the bolt is used to attach the seat brackets in the 2017 TRD Sport to the floor?

I would like to add polyurethane spacers to raise the seat height but want to make sure i get the proper Grade 8 bolts that are 1" longer to accommodate the spacers.

    Thanks.

Check out my post here--I used M10 x 1.25 x 60 class 10.9 bolts with 32 mm (1.26") high aluminum spacers--not sure I'd use polyurethane, if improperly cast it can fracture under compression. ABS or polyacetal (Delrin) would be better choices if you choose to use plastic...

This is a not-so-cheap CC plate I removed from a customers Mustang:

Metric fasteners are specified by class as in 8.8, 9.8, 10.9, 12.9 etc. The first number * 10 = the approximate tensile strength in MPa (Mega-Pascals), the second * 10 = the yield strength as a percentage of the tensile strength.

Therefore a class 10.9 bolt has a tensile strength of 1000 MPa and a yield strength of 900 MPa (90% of tensile strength).

A metric class 10.9 bolt is approximately the same as an SAE Grade 8...

    Before I pull the trigger, It's M10 x 1.25, not M10 x 1.5 right?
