I only dealt with southern style offroad(SSO) for their slim line front bumper & armor from pelfriybilt; hands down no complaints about communication, delivery, and quality of the product.

Garbage? As far as protection goes it's probably the best design
Definitely made my truck look better, and gives better clearance than stock. Best bumper out there aside from pelfreybilt.

    Workin' on it....
I think they are well made and the only aftermarket off-road bumper that is airbag compliant and DOT approved.

Personally though-better approach angles and looks IMO if you are willing to go with a Demello, Pelfrey, etc etc. and sacrifice the above merits of the ARB.

Guess there's different brands for different fans! I personally think the ARB's are too bulky. You've got one of their better looking designs, and better than stock for sure!

The ARB bumper has also gone through extensive crash testing. It is a very high quality product in my own opinion.

Have you seen the video on YouTube of them being made? Super high quality process, and it's really neat to watch.

Yes, I almost went ARB, but will be trimming for 35s and did not want to cut/trim the ends of a new ARB.

Fair enough! That's who I'm wanting to go with. Love that they've got replaceable crush beams, or whatever you want to call them.

Sorry to hear about that, it is frustrating when you need something and the other side couldn't care less. I have CBI sliders on order, supposed to be done this week, I did ask if
everything is on schedule, and they did say they might be a little behind, lol.....

I have seen it trimmed, and painted back up. Looked like it came from the factory that way. And he is running 35s.

I think a big reason people, get the bulky idea is because of the fact that there are 2 different sized ARB bumpers for the 2nd gen. Mines the smaller one, but the bigger ones stick out an extra 4-5 inches and the hoops stick up much higher as well
