Keep that shit, they're on the bigger side than what's currently 'cool' but screw it. Aimpoint makes a hellova optic and you already own it. keep getting good use out of that thing. also, there a reason why the military uses/used those, they're dependable.

Romeo's are nice, but they're on the verge of being micro's. They also have the motion activated illumination, that 'conserves battery' where as the Aim Point is always on. To me, thats just more parts that can break and leave you with a paperweight optic. I'm a big proponent of 'less is more' when it comes to technology.

The Aimpoint might not be trendy on Instagram but it still absolutely works and is quality

Mounted my sweet 22 on my sweet 10/22. I'll just stick with my original plan and mod this one

Another great day at the range. Really can't get enough of AKs and iron sites. I put my scope on and didnt make it through one magazine before I took it off. Having a blast keeping it old school.

Also found a barrel for my AR9 build this weekend. Stainless 8". Its a blem on, but not concerned much about a few scratches. Literally all I need now is a lower, trigger, and an "arm brace" and I'm done.

Lead shot! the ones used to put in shot gun shells. There about $21 now. go to your local gun shop or like a Dick's and ask for the bags of lead shot for shot guns

I use these, they're cheaper and work just as good!

I filled mine with rice and dried beans

Also now that I got my .22 and got a scope on the way I was telling myself that I need to start saving more money and stop buying guns for awhile. What do I do first thing this morning? Buy a new lower receiver :anonymous:

I love most of Aero's stuff. I run their AMBI Lowers on all my AR SBRs.

I'll probably end up pairing it with an aero upper once I catch them on a sale.

Got a shipping update that my Sub2000 has shipped and should be at my local gun shop on Thursday! :woot:
I was expecting it to take longer, honestly. Right after I placed my order Palmetto State changed the status on the website to "currently out of stock" so I was afraid I was going to have to wait for them to get a new shipment.

You know, I hear that they've got a long shipping time and are worth the wait.
