Did a little something to trick out my exhaust system, Don't really see this on here all that much.

APC Red LED Exhaust Tip :headbang: eBay special Shipped $18.99.

It won't fit over the factory tailpipe.

I measured and drilled a 1/4" hole and used the APC mounting hole and bolt.

I was worried it was going to stick out to far, but I think it works.

Ok, no judging here. I used a trailer wiring plug for an easy hook up. I'll wrap it in some tape and clean it up.

It's really bright, unlike the installer :curls:

You really should plastidip the pipe so you can't see the wires.

Regardless of the look you are going for.... That's a fire hazard that's going to happen. You will also short out some circuits once the wires melt long enough.

ANNNNNNNNNNDDDDDDDDDD of course this masterpiece hails from a 3rd gen owner... You're pretty much digging your own grave at this point guys:facepalm:

All in good heart though. I just can't believe you would actually drill through your own exhaust to install something that will probably break over time. I mean the wire will probably melt at some point, if they're cheap led's, they'll probably melt at some point also. If I was to ever do this (which I will NEVER do this lol) I would stick with a clamp on.
