What Have You Done To Your 2nd Gen Tacoma Today?

Don't trim no need with dirty trees

 

Has anyone researched or know what it would take to install a moonroof on a Tacoma? I have seen installations on other vehicles and it sure would be nice. Thanks

Added a pop n lock to my tailgate. Fun little 15 minute project.

 

I hope it's not my bumper I've been waiting on!

Lost my driver side tail light in a fender bender so installed a set of aftermarket from Amazon. (Will have both LED OEM tail lights up for sale in my thread. Passenger is perfect but driver side is busted up. Maybe use for parts?)

 

Yep, I actually sought out the guy who does all the sunroof installs for customers from the big Toyota Dealership if the vehicle didnt have one from the factory. I got their nicest unit with install came out to $1200 even. I assume about 150-200 goes towards the install, but its got a 3 year anything warranty and lifetime on certain parts. Def worth it if you like a sunroof, I kick it open when I am rolling down my windows.

Not time this weekend but I have a new project to start...

 

Gunna take longer than a weekend... that project took me 17 hours for the backwall and 4 doors.

 

If I get the doors done I'll be happier. I think ?

How do you feel about the time and the effort?

Definitely worth it! The sound will be so much more clean and crisp, almost feels like u have headphones in. It's very tedious, but not "hard", just bring an ipod. I put it all over the inside skin and the 36sq ft got my doors and back wall covered.
