Upgrade OEM headlights for 2003 Tacoma 2x2 SR5

One of my headlights has failed and since I'm going to replace one I thought I would replace both with upgraded LED's and get my lens buffed. I don't want to upgrade any wiring or anything else. Just a bulb replacement.
What should I buy? And what kind of OEM bulb came with my Toyota?

Welcome to TW! You should not put LEDs in your reflector headlights designed for halogen bulbs. Performance will be awful and you will blind everyone. Read this:

Tacomas came with long life (low output) Osram H4s. If you want a lighting upgrade without changing wiring look at stock wattage drop in H4 halogen replacements like Osram Nightbreakers.
