work in progress- building for overlanding
just wanted to take a quick moment to introduce myself.
I am new to owning a toyota. I have a 2nd gen tacoma 2010. I LOVE it. Started building it for off road overlanding about a year ago. work in progress. I have some questions so I am moving over to the forum. Hope we can talk adventure and trade a few secrets. Happy to be here!

Man. I wonder how some of you guys/gals have killer rigs prior to joining TW. Where did you get all the info? I didn't know jack about modding my Taco before joining. Heck, I know even less now.

    Welcome to TW.

@LadyBirdPB Slow progression for sure, like lead time for bumpers. How do you like your Pelfry? It looks like you have their new style jerry can holder. I can't tell by the picture but does it have a divider between the cans?

    whatcha got supporting the rear?

@Admiral_Akbar HAHAHAHA! I have wanted a tacoma for so long. finally had the chance to go for it so I did. I have been watching people build for a while and then finally went to Overland expo in Flagstaff and was forever changed lol this truck came with CBI rock sliders and the lift. @RCRcer the lead time for that rear bumper was FOREVER!!! it is Pelfrey high clearance with the table swing gate. I got those tires and the spare wouldnt fit underneath.. so began my shopping adventure. the cans are only divided by the long bolt to lock them up.
