    It will still have vacuum on it while it isn't in boost. You can always put a check valve in line with the brake booster, so that it only sees vacuum and never any boost. If you want.

    I wish, thats entry into my studio. I do most everything under my carport studio. Neighbors gotta hate me, especially when I was doing the 4x4 conversion lol

    It’s popular in Hawaii for people to build a carport on stilts, doubling as a carport because land is crazy expensive. They rent these out. Sometimes the stairs are on the outside but mine’s enclosed, so I use the downstairs part as storage.

    When does the ECU go from CLOSED to OPEN loop? Is it at a certain RPM?

    The serpentine belt finally came in, got it all in and started it up... screaming banshee! I turned the set screw so the butterfly is open at idle, gets rid of the noise in the driveway.
    I think I might have got a bad bypass valve (used off eBay) or installed it backwards smh. I don’t want to buy a new one or cut and weld anything until I know the problem.

    While going down the road- give it lots of peddle, no noise; little peddle, noise. Push in the clutch, screams until RPM drops.

    Your thought?

    You sir are a legend, when I first read "diy" super charger I chuckled because most don't have the patience for all the fab to diy this when they can shell out cash for a magnasun.. but damn this custom piece you're building is gonna be sweet!!! You should give it a little paint to add some flash under that hood. I'm sorry I have no idea on your bypass valve tho maybe show a picture of the whole valve? Maybe one of the guys have tried a similar one. Post a video of that thing when you get a second

    Where did you run the vacuum signal for the bypass valve? It should be post throttle body referenced.

    If so, I would question the valve at that point.

    The mounted side is on the intake of the supercharger, as seen in the pics. The vacuum is from a small hole on the other side. That means it’s getting it’s vacuum from just before the throttle body, the elbow in the pics
