    Hello i was looking to upgade my suspension on my 2012 tacoma sr5.
    I do enough towing and always have heavy loads in the back. I find my back end bottoms out quite often, even on the bumps in the road where it probably shouldn't. I would like to get about a 2"-2.5" lift on it, but i want to get the extra leaf spring for to help the extra load all the time, so its not sagging in the back with a full load. What do you guys think would be my best option? That being said I dont want the truck to be leveled. Im running 265/75/16 hankook tires right now if this helps out at all.

    If you have the $$, go with a full leaf pack and possibly new shocks in the rear ( if you don't already have them ). You will not be disappointed.

    If you are on a budget, AAL or Mini Pack will definitely be a lot better.

    AAL = add a leaf
    Headstrong Offroad has a few options: http://www.headstrongoffroad.com/store/c63/AALs,_Blocks,_Air_Bags,_and_Ubolts.html but they all provide 2" or less of lift in the rear.

    I think you should get a whole new leaf pack if you consistently have a lot of weight in the rear. OME and Deaver are available on Headstrong OR, priced around ~$500 and ~$900, respectively, and they will definitely be able to get you 2" or more of lift: http://www.headstrongoffroad.com/store/c64/Leaf_Packs.html

    I suggest looking at Headstrong's kits. For example, this one http://www.headstrongoffroad.com/store/p311/Performance_Bilstein_Kit_with_OME_Dakar_Leaf_Pack_(HS05BK-3).html could get you assembled coilovers, rear shocks, and a new OME Dakar leaf pack for about $1700

    If you can't tell, I like Headstrong. No affiliation, but its a good site with lots of info.

    I can get you King and Deaver.

    For your budget, Bilstein 5100's front and rear.

    Do the 5100s shocks come stock on the trd's I have some used 2009 trd suspension, which I thought were 5100s. Front and back. If so would I need a spacer to make it higher in the front. So then all I would need is the leaf pack?

    5100s and the stock shocks on the TRD are the same in all ways except the 5100s are adjustable.

    Watch out using spacers (https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/sway-bar-problem.500484/#post-15575676). A new coilover is the way to go, but if you go the spacer route, watch your driving or upgrade your bumpstops.

    Also, depending on how much lift you get with a new leaf pack, new rear shocks might be necessary. I'm not sure how much lift the factory TRD rear shocks accommodate.
