    I placed a order on July 5, recived multiple ship dates, seriously like 4-5, super hard to get a hold of! Phone numbers don't seem to work! You email thm and thy reply like 3-4 days later, finally recived tracking info, was excited to see it ship and a few days later my order status was changed to refunded!?! On 8/12/17 . No explination ! Or a apology...was my grill never started? Why did he give me soo many ship dates? so I'm taking my money some whr else, funny how takes him days to respond yet whn a comment I left on his instagram gaind attention he was quick to reply to tht! Actually don't see his instagram , not sure if he blocked me or took it down... oh well...

    Which is weird because I have my TOYOTA grill for my 2008 from ECG Fab, and I didn't experience any issues, everything was on time, even gave me a estimated completion date as well as tracking. Must be hit or miss.

    Hey you can pickup a TRD Pro Grill for around $40,000 from any dealership. They even give you a mobile enclosure keep the grill safe.

    I would call thm scanners, I did get my money back... I imagine it's just a small shop with maybe 1 or 2 guys with more work thn thy can handle...

    At least you were refunded. Im in the middle of disputing the charge. haven't heard from the guy in like a month but up until then was the same experience you had. He told me he was going through a rebranding or something. I think his business just went to shit bc website/instagram accounts are no longer there.
