Mine are way easier to install I got these Kungfu Mall Car Mat Carpet Clips Fixing Grips Clamps Floor Holders Sleeves from Amazon for $7. And you don't have to punch anything it's like a pin so you just have to put the needle where you need it and it's easy to realigned. It also doesn't move at all it's super sturdy.

I thought Blind Spot Monitoring was the alert system for cars along side of you while you're moving and go to change lanes. Are those sensors located in the rear bumper too? If so then I have 6 sensors total back there and only 4 of them are visible. This would explain why the C4 bumper has the cutouts with plastic covers for the Rear Cross Traffic system sensors. This must be hidden on the OEM bumpers, and I don't see anything in the description of the OCF bumper for this feature at all. Maybe the are there in the pics but I don't know what I'm looking at.

Either way, RCT is more important to me than BSM. I do like the price and look of the OCF bumper though. Maybe it can be retrofitted to accept RCT. :notsure:

YW, I know a few guys are needing it done in the area. Some are in FW though and will be going to a shop out there. Are you in the DFW thread? I chose this place due to another member with a 2nd gen already used them and said it was around $100. I've heard some crazy quotes on cost on the forums so was happy with that price.

I haven't seen that thread yet. Thanks for the link. That's not a bad price at all. Now I just need to make the time to do it.

I got there about 745, they open at 8 and I was on my way home by 9. I expected to have to wait much longer since he originally said it would be an hr before he would get my truck in the bay. 15 minutes later he had it in the bay and already chopped of the part that was being replaced.

Installed car seat mirrors. I've got a toddler and newborn, and don't care for the typical mirrors that attach to the headrests and block most of the rear window. I previously had the mirror suction cupped to the window (hence the circle cut in the temporary tint film), but it blocked the sliding glass. Finally got around to a better solution that hardly obscures the rear window at all. I've since added a second mirror to the drivers side.

Simply remove the coat hook and you'll see where to attach the adhesive mount.

Time to replace the temporary tint film now.

Nice, I've been trying to come up with a way to keep an eye on my puppy. Hes still small so i cant see him all the time in the back seat, especially when he gets behind me. I'm afraid he may decide to go to the bathroom and I wont know until I smell it.
