I know there are more than one A/C blower threads going and I will admit I have not ready all of those threads.

FIY I have done the drain mod. I have not removed the mod to see if it is a contributing factor.

Here is the situation... When I start my truck, I have the dual zone if that matters, it defaults to recirc. After 5-20 minutes, FL sun and humidity, the truck has cooled down and I turn the recirc off. This is where the issue exists... A "dripping" sound o_O If you pause/mute your music it is easier to hear. The sound is fairly regular but will speed up on braking or deceleration.

Took it to the dealer for the 5K check-up and they disassembled the A/C blower assembly and found the mix door is rubbing the blower. Mechanic claimed the problem was gone after reassembling. He was wrong. Soon as I kicked off recirc on the way home, less than 5 miles, I can still hear it. I did not return to the dealer right away because I had other crap to do, they had the truck over 4 hours. :annoyed:

Has anyone else noticed this in their truck? Did it get fixed? If so how/cause?

    Thanks all!!
