No shit. Back when I was in school the only kids with rides like that were trust fund babies.

    Crap.

He is. Full boat tuition to Bozeman MSU on academic scholarships. The day after he graduated high school he registered his business, got a city license and opened his business checking account. He's been making $20-$30 an hour as a handy man all summer for HOA's to save for his room and board. I'll doubt he'll touch any of his college fund this year.

Very smart kid and a good guy. Gonna be a great engineer.

Occasional higher loads are no reason to swap out to heavier springs.

A wise and successful restaurateur I once knew once said "Never size a restaurant for Mother's Day, is you do you'll go broke the other 364."

Get a pair of sumosprings. They really help.
This is with 40 Pieces of base moulding on top and about 500 lbs worth of hardwood flooring in the bed. I also have a AAL on stock leafs.

Man, if I had a sweet Tacoma when I was in college, the possibilities would have been endless ......... if the trucks a rockin' don't come a knockin'!!!!

But alas, I had a 10 year old maxima with chipped paint and bald tires.

OP, that squat doesn't look that out of place.

The payload on these trucks is pretty bad. Mine was even worse with a 2-leaf pack some 2nd gens got. I like it so far now that I've leveled it out a bit with a 2016 pack and AAL. Have a look. Might be a decent option to build-your-own HD leafpack. I actually really love the way it sits with a bit of rake. Feels almost like a half-ton truck in posture. We'll see how it holds up with weight in the bed though.

Too all the people complaining about the richer kids at school. Some people had to work instead of going to college. Some probably had to drop out of high school to work. Maybe you didn't have it that bad? Someone always had more adversity than you. What is a rich kid suppose to do? say no thanks to the car? I would have definitely taken the opportunity to drive some awesome vehicle and banged all the hot bitches too.

I love threads like this, its always fun to see old men bitch about what they didn't have...

Even if it was the kids tacoma, who cares. Maybe he worked for it, maybe his parents got it for him. I doubt you all are high and mighty enough to turn down a vehicle if your parents had the means when you were that age. lol same crowd of "oh man the tail I use to get in my younger days" and "would've gone pro if I didn't hurt my knee"
