Shoutout to Mobtown, do not hesitate to buy from them!

I wish to thank Joe for all his help and assistance when I was installing my tailgate cap and reinforcement skin. A little back story, I purchased the cap, skin, and mounting hardware earlier this year but only installed them using the factory nuts/bolts. Just got around to installing the stainless mounting hardware this past week when I ran into some trouble. Apparently the 13/32 drill bit I purchased must have been off slightly so when I attempted to tighten down the rivnuts they would pop out. I emailed Joe and we went back and forth over some things. Long story short, Joe ended up going out of his way and sent his rivnut install tool to use and even had washers to fit the rivnuts drop shipped to me to get these installed on my truck. I'm happy to say everything worked out great! Joe exemplifies everything that is good in business and shows how much he cares about his customers, as well as the support he gives to this community. If anyone is looking to purchase anything from Mobtown do not hesitate to do so! Their products are top notch and they will go out of their way to make sure everything goes alright.
