I'll have an old man emu lift setup available as soon as I re-do my rear suspension. It'll be a complete lift kit. OME 885 with trim packer and top hat spacers and ome nitro shocks. Rear stock leafspack with headstrong offroad 3 leaf AAL and ome nitro shocks.

I'd be looking to get around $750 for all of it. Fronts: 885 coils, top hat spacer (1/2"), driver side trim packer, nitro charged shocks, rear 3 leaf aal on stock leaf pack, rear shocks all assembled for a direct swap. I'll also throw in the differential drop kit. Save about $300 plus shipping from cost of new.

Thanks fellas. I'll keep that in mind.

Currently leaning toward an OME kit. But we'll see what I end up getting haha.

I don't think you can blame them. They ticket the cars, and if they aren't reported as stolen, I don't think there is anything they can do to get the cars out of there. I assume cops would rather not have junk cars around, broken glass policing.

There are many scenarios for this kind of case. If the vehicles aren't reported stolen and have current tax and safety, the vehicles will be marked and if not moved for over 24 hours, abanded vehicle section will be notified. This process can take up to several weeks to several months depending how many vehicles were reported prior before vehicle is towed.

Second scenario would be vehicle not reported stolen with tax and safety expired. Vehicle should be cited and towed if on city & county roadway. If this is the case, the officer is either busy or lazy to tow the vehicle.

Third scenario would be vehicle not reported stolen and parked on private property at which time the owner of the property would have to pay for the tow.

I just heard on the radio about a program for military that they will give $25 to service members who want to give up their cars rather than just leaving them on the streets when they PCS... the cars will then be auctioned off to incoming military members...

Guess the state as well as the military have a bunch of abandoned cars in their tow lots that possibly just get left when military leave the islands.. (non-deployment)

It's been bad up here, dozens of cars in the last few weeks. Base is bad too there's stripped cars in The garages everywhere and the tow lots are full.

They've done that over the years on base but it's been a while. Prices start at $500, savage title, and you have to replace the ignition. Last round there were some sweet grabs- 90's supra, Porsche 944, a buddy got a nice Charger SRT8 for like 1500 bucks

Funny part is I thought I was backing into just a bush, but there was a cut down tree behind that bush. Oh well my friend owns a body shop going in there Monday.
