IMG_1508.jpg Had my truck at the muffler shop today for an exhaust reroute and I got to inspect the underside in detail. Is this enough to be of concern? I was at the dealer recently and they said my truck didn't pop up on any recall lists, but this makes me wonder.....

Spray it off, see what happens. Dont worry about it. And if it ends up leaking, toyota should take care of it.

ETA professional opinion is that isn't a leak. Barely registers as a weep.

That's what I was planning on doing, I just didn't know what others who were in the recall were seeing with their vehicles. Thanks for the response.

On that Recall Page that was posted up, it said any Seepage was considered a Leak by Toyota.

+1 im in the same boat.

when I took my truck in for 10k service they told me it was not bad enough for them to do anything.
I mentioned on the paperwork it said anything including weeping is still considered a leak.

they checked the torque on the bolts and that was it.

I expect in another 6-8 months they will add the rest of our trucks to the recall list.
until then I plan to check my diff oil level every 10-15k miles.

my dealer didn't hesitate getting me a new gasket and hardware even though I'm not on the recall list. Nice thing is they wont ask to hold your truck.
