    I'd try burnishing the rotors with a scotchbrite on a wheel, cleaning up good, and re-bedding your existing pads if meaty enough, or new pads if required.

    I don't think the TSB springs will make much of a difference compared to the stock ones. Once you add a weight distribution hitch the air bags won't be needed. Get the spring campain done because 1) it's free and 2) the new spring adds extra spring retaining brackets that prevent a broken spring from stabbing the gas tank or tire.

    Anyone have a recommendation for a engine oil cooler for the V6 ? My research shows a lot of universal type but nothing specific for Tacoma . Thanks
    I do have a Hayden HP trans fluid cooler for towing but I do not have a factory tow package .

    In that the engine is extensively cooled by the radiator is an additional oil cooler really needed?

    It's for the transmission not the engine. But the tow package already had a oil cooler for the transmission.
