Colcher Clash

So I was going through my phone and looking at pics from last year.

I was riding my motorcycle (scooter) down a country road and night through the jungle when i see this thing in the road so i turn around and hey its a baby owl with a messed up eye and broken wing. so i put it in a towel inside my jacket go to the store buy a cage and stuff for it then head back to the village, my son (5 years old) is excited to see me and really excited to see the owl, he says he can be just like harry potter with an owl, i said yes. then the Colcher Clash starts.

I bring it inside grandmas house and i am pointed to go back out the door with a lot of not happy words like feed it to the dog, kill it ect.

I said whaaats wrong I was told that the symbol of death in Thailand is (wait for it, wait for it) THE OWL , yes I brought the symbol of death with me in to grandmas house in to the village so Im sure if anyone would have died it would have been the white guys fault. I said in America the owl is old and wise.

So I am not going to kill it or give it to the dog, so at 11 pm I pack my stuff including the owl on my scooter and start the 4 drive home ( 3 months earlier I got hit by a semi truck on my scooter friday night 11 pm what could happen). I get in about 2 am and for the next 6 weeks I take care of the owl. after taking care of the owl for 4 weeks I get home and no owl is around I can find it I don't see it but I have the feeling something is watching me. oh there is it its E.T Owl hiding in my kids stuffed animals.

So it is flying and hitting stuff so i give it 2 more weeks then take it back to the village here comes death i park the bike and tell my son to get on so we get to the spot where i found it drive back in the jungle down a dirt road and let it go, my son said now im not like harry potter i said the owl will look over you and thats better than harry potter.
