any chance someone could post up a few pics of how the Access original (or limited) tonneau cover bed rails attach to the bed?

I'm bouncing back and forth between the Lund on Amazon for $210 or the Access for $389. Big price difference. Help me make my decision.

Maybe not the best, but this will give you an idea of how an access cover mounts.

Awesome. Perfect photos and thanks for the link. Any complaints about yours?

Do the tonneau cover rails stay pretty horizontal (correctly positioned) on the rear sections where the aluminum rail overlaps the OEM plastic bed rails a bit?

I have no issues with mine at all. Everything stays right where it's supposed to be.All you have to do is be sure everything is nice and snug, but not over-tightened!
I even rigged the bed divider to work by shortening the arms on the divider itself, and flipping the side sliding mounts upside down so the large knobs are on the bottom.

Ha you answered my next question. I was wondering if the divider fit.

How about the OEM tie downs- will they still fit under the cover rails?

Also-- what happens if it's overtightened? You mean when installing the rails? Or the cover tension itself?

The tie=downs will NOT work in the side rails, as they stick up too far and would wear through the cover. I just think over-tightening the screws would strip out the mounting points on the bedsides. If the cover tension is too great, you just won't be able to latch the cover itself at the rear, so it would have to be slackened just a touch at the front to make for a nice snug fit of the cover to prevent excess slack and possible ballooning.
