    That was half the dough, I got 6 16" pies. The dough recipe I used is below.

    • Bread Flour (4 and 1/4 cups)
    • all-purpose flour (4 and 1/4 cups)
    • Kosher Salt (4 teaspoons)
    • active dry yeast (3 teaspoons)
    • extra-virgin olive oil (4 teaspoons)
    • Water (4 Cups lukewarm)
