I don't currently own a chainsaw, but this could be a damn good reason to buy one...I've been too cheap to buy one lol even though I could use the heck out of it at my house.

If you guys are out of stuff and need a delivery, I'll do my best. You're a lot closer than Texas for me, so it should be easier on a standard weekend.

 

yea the wife actually gave me the full green light on a new one since for some reason she had a bad feeling about this year. its a hard bullet to bite, but once you have it it can last you a looooooong time and help in a lot of situations. if properly maintained of course. ill keep you in mind if we need resources trucked in to us. @scottalot and I will have plenty of smoked meats to pay you with! oh and beer or whiskey, your choice.

I'm not sure how stable the power is down there, but last big storm here the people out in the country had no power. I offered to take my solar around and let people shave or what not off it.

im actually heading to true value after work to grab a couple of bottles of 2cyl oil.

 

I got one of those cans of pre mixed fuel on hand. It fits in my case and is non-ethanol so it's cool to leave it sit around. Also a plus when there is a "gas shortage"

 

I just got 10 gallons for my lawn equipment yesterday of non ethanol. No shortage here, but it is $2.99. If that's a need when the time comes I can bring some. I drove with 15 extra gallons to Texas just for my truck, and had to use it!!

 

Yea I was wondering how all these people going down there were gonna get gas once they were there.

 

There was a single station with gas (get this...walmart) in the city we were helping in, but the lines were nuts.

HHI gas stations out of gas this morning. No gas until the 95 and the only thing left is premium.

 

yea ive debated grabbing a few of those myself, just haven't seen them when it was on my mind haha

 

the stations are just saying theyre out of everything else so they can charge the premium price! its all a conspiracy maannn

 

they sure are. you can only fit so many until they start hitting the taper on the shell.

 

morning all. They're not gonna find much gas here... several stations out and others only premium left (unless some came in over night) and we're not on the coast. Heard all the water was gone along with the bread... One of the ladies said she was in a store looking for water and there was another lady sitting on a pallet of water, not letting anyone get any

 

a nice punch to the ovaries would solve that problem...
