I think the price is the same but they are a bit different as the 3rd gen has an extra frame rail plate at one mounting location.

Best to just call or email Jason for pricing. Also check his FB page because I am not sure if he is still shipping items like this. Might be pick up only now. Again... best to speak directly to him.

Took a drive out and met Jason, and placed my order a few weeks ago. Yes 3rd gen has a few slight changes, and yes the pricing is the same as the 2 gen. He was going to try and have them ready for me before the end of the month, as I am heading up north on my annual BullWinkle trip
