I'm bored and need a new project. Thinking of adding multiple USB charging ports and possible 1-2 110v outlets up front, and was wondering if its possible to remove the qi charging pad and fabrication a plate in that space to hold everything. 110v outlets would need to be at a bit of an angle for ease of use but I think you get the idea.

Was wondering if anyone has removed that section of the panels to see what's underneath it and how much space there is to play around with. Anyone seen any pictures of the area with charging pad removed?

There is a circuit board under the plastic QI charger plastic cover, it screws in and is simple to remove. There is a lot of room in that area, you could probably just about fit a 110v outlet if you wanted, it would be close though, and you'd have to place the inverter elsewhere (or use the one under the center console armrest).
