Somewhat. Most houses worth buying are staying on for a week or less and most times it's a bidding war

On a different note, hit the leaf and the bushings with some lithium grease earlier while hooking up the brake light on my shell. Hopefully it helps that annoying as shit squeaking

Springfield, MA/Ludlow, MA checking in and also sad to post that I recently totaled this beauty 3 weeks ago, saved my life so I'm grateful and thankful Toyota made such a reliable, safe vehicle. Sad to see this little beast go...bought a 2014 4Runner Trail Edition a week ago to replace it. I was able to salvage some parts from it if anyone is interested in buying my retrofit headlights, 5' TonnoPro Tonneau Cover or cargo extender. Prinsu roof rack I sold to a friend down the road for his 2012 Tacoma. Can PM pictures of parts.
