Judging by condensation in one, I wouldn't be too surprised if they were BHLM and he did a shit job of sealing it.

 

I agree, I think he is mistaken on that. At that price, worth the drive for me to check them out though. It will save me from painting the ones I have now, and I will be able to sell the OEMs and aftermarkets I have waiting...

 

Flat black or gloss black spray? What did you use?

 

I did my BHLM with satin black, as well as everything else on my truck. My skids, roof rack, wheels, and drawer system are all the same satin and it's the perfect balance IMO.

I got satin black for the projector shrouds and reflector bowls and whatever else chrome trim is in there. On the shrouds I got, I'll do red for the raised parts as an accent.
