I just went from a cutout back to standard. Ended up never mounting a light there and put it behind the grill instead. 1) For security -- it's not obvious there's a bar there so it's not a target. 2) No drilling and no ghetto wires going down the window molding. I just couldn't set up the wiring in a way I was happy with with the light on top. Since going to a non-cutout version wind noise is also marginally better. Maybe not as much I was hoping but it is slightly quieter.

Push low hanging branches off your truck to protect your windshield. They're called limb risers.

Keeps protester hand prints off the windshield.

And they work as limb risers to protect the windshield

    Vehicle:
    2017 Tacoma OR 4x4 (formerly 2002 OR 4x4, 1995 4x4 4Runner, 1985 4x4 Toy PU) ... and RIP’s (rust in pieces) to a Bronco II 4x4 & S10 Blazer 4x4

As a cyclist that took an accidental ride once over a hood, those look like a great idea for trees, but man, I'd hate to be a bicyclist accidentally hit with those, instead of going over the vehicle and possibly surviving, it would be possible decapitation. Are you able to take them down when not off road? looks are nice but really not safe.

Bicyclist shouldn't be in the road. Problem solved...

They can be removed quite easily, release a bit of tension, pull the pins and they are off the truck and coiled up in the jumper cable bag.

Cyclist are traffic, I just wish that the ones on our local roads would obey traffic signs and maximum speed limits.
