I have the hitch behind the plate. Its not too shabby. A pain in the ass if your towing a lot. Not terrible, but not convenient. I may have to do a swing out if the 35's don't fit in the bed of the truck with the fridge easily. Will just build it on to the bumper... Only reason I haven't is because the camera relocation looks like a pain, and I don't want to have to walk around the tire gate at camp.

I was just about to ask about the towing with it being behind the plate. I don't tow a lot but I feel like it wouldn't work well when I'm towing my boat or the odd time I'm towing a utility trailer. pretty sure someone makes a HC hitch if I remember correcty

you could probably find someone local to build one too, if you find one you like, you might even be able to get the build specs to make it even easier for them to replicate.

doubt any shop will release their build design.

And I already know someone that will make replica ones.
Problem is if you pay him for over a year you won't see anything or in my case it only took a month before I was asking for my money back. And it will be like pulling teeth to get it back.

I'm sure some on here know exactly who I'm referring to.

Did it at my friends shop, you just cut a square, grind it and then weld a new pipe and wait till it rusts, then repeat.

This was a while ago but you get the idea. Just need a drop hitch with the high clearance but all is good. It's nice to have the hitch of other gongs like bike racks or just invade scenarios.

Running 3/16 all around by relentless fabrication. Modified the tranny skid to keep it from bending.
And will be running a pelfreybilt gas tank skid.

Also have bamf lower control arm skids. Have to modify those to fit the ifs skid.

    My reroute

yeah and I love the look without the cap too. That dry storage and security of the cap though. Function over form....

This is true. The bed mat helps a bunch. Only gets wet on the sides.

I don't think any of them have a certified rating. However, they are usually beefier than the stock bumper so I trust it.
